These terms of service outline the rules and regulations for using The Pink Academy’s website, located at https://thepinkacademy.co.uk/.

Terms and Conditions

Please read all terms and conditions thoroughly

  1. All goods remain the property of Pink Academy until payment is received in full. No refunds will be given. The decision to issue refunds remains at the sole discretion of The Pink Academy.
  2. We reserve the right to cancel any training course or workshop if there are insufficient numbers. In such cases, we will provide as much notice as possible, and deposits will be transferred to the next available date or an alternative training date will be offered.
  3. Course deposits are required within 72 hours of receiving your invoice, and the remaining course fees are due 2 weeks before the course start date. If final payment is not received by this time, the space will be reassigned to another student, and the deposit will be forfeited.
  4. Unless prior arrangements have been made, we require at least 2 weeks’ cancellation notice before the course start date. If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the start date, 50% of the full course cost will be incurred. Any cancellation will result in the deposit being forfeited.
  5. Deposits and course dates are non-transferable upon student cancellation.
  6. No admittance will be allowed to any training course or workshop after the start time. An alternative date will be arranged at the next available convenience for The Pink Academy.
  7. We reserve the right to amend the course contents, products, kit contents, and specifications without notice. Any changes will ensure that the quality of the product/kit is not reduced and will always be beneficial for the student or training school.
  8. Proof of payment, the registration form, and confirmation must be presented at each training session.
  9. We reserve the right to cancel any course. We will endeavor to provide as much notice as possible, and students will be offered an alternative training date.

Please note that by submitting a deposit payment for Pink Academy course, you are accepting our terms and conditions.
